shopping in hongkong was a unique experience. let's just say i bought enough (:. to tell the truth, i kind of got sick of shopping [especially for clothes] towards the end. squeezing past endless streams of people to choose from the many colours and designs can drive you insane. but i suppose that's because my family shopped mainly at little boutiques.
the air on the roads wasn't too fresh either.
despite all that i had fun overall.
today both the pae and jaescones + seniors had a zoo trip (:. we used the tickets we won from fun-o-rama and took some 'kids' from andrew grace home with us. we expected cute 10 year olds but what would you know, we were met by 14, 15-year-olds. still, we had good time of bonding.
had ben and jerry's after that. dublin mudslide is divine! the next time i eat at ben and jerry's, i'll remember to eat from a cup instead of a cone though. ice cream on a cone melts to fast for you to enjoy at your own pace. plus, the scoops are prone to dropping whole too, as fang and andrea discovered =/.
i had a sudden longing to hear handbells so i was digging through the files on my com for videos from past handbells concerts.
this song's from the concert in 2003. it's one of my faves (:
don't you just love the sound of handbells? i know i do. i miss the many different lovely sounds they can make.
